Why Inclusive Tutoring?

What sets us apart from others is our holistic approach. We offer more than just academic tutoring, we focus on the whole learner, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. Whether it's personalised in-home or online tutoring, to build confidence, or tailored support for transitioning into adulthood, our services are designed to meet each learner where they are.

Inclusive Tutoring Support for all

Let’s Work Together

Why Choose Us?

Inclusive Tutoring Network exists to do one thing: provide high-quality, safe, and purposeful education for children and young people who are unable to access mainstream education.

We understand that alternative provision is not a short-term fix or a box-ticking exercise. For many learners, it is a critical intervention that determines whether they re-engage with education at all. We take that responsibility seriously.

All of our tutors are carefully recruited and vetted, with experience supporting children and young people with SEND, SEMH needs, trauma histories, and disrupted education. The sessions are delivered by qualified teachers, and all tutors work within clear safeguarding and professional boundaries.

We work proactively with schools and local authorities to support early intervention for pupils at risk of exclusion, helping to stabilise engagement before placement breakdown occurs. Where pupils experience EBSA or require time away from mainstream settings, we provide structured, flexible programmes that focus on rebuilding confidence, routines and learning readiness, with reintegration as a clear goal wherever appropriate. We also support planned transitions into specialist provisions, ensuring continuity of learning, clear communication between services, and a graduated approach that puts the child’s wellbeing and long-term outcomes at the centre.

We offer a highly personalised approach, delivering bespoke learning packages that are tailored to each pupil’s needs, interests, and long-term goals. Our provision is interest-led to re-engage learners and can incorporate hands-on, practical learning in line with the LCB education offer where appropriate. Programmes may include community-based learning, work experience, and vocational opportunities, ensuring education is meaningful, flexible, and aligned with EHCP outcomes, reintegration plans, or EOTAS provision.

Our target-focused approach ensures all tuition is purposeful, measurable, and outcome driven. Learning plans are built around clear, agreed targets linked to EHCP outcomes, academic goals, and personal development priorities. Progress is regularly reviewed and adapted to ensure pupils are moving forward, building confidence, skills, and independence, while providing clear evidence of impact for schools and local authorities.

Our learner-centred approach places the young person at the heart of everything we do. We actively seek pupil voice through regular termly check-ins, ensuring learners have meaningful opportunities to share what is working, what feels challenging, and what they would like to change. This feedback directly informs planning and delivery, allowing us to adapt support so it remains relevant, empowering, and aligned with each pupil’s needs, interests, and long-term goals.
